USS Fort McHenry to visit Constanta Port
From January 7 to January 10, the Whidbey Island-class dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43) will take a visit to the port of Constanta and will stay for three days at the ‘Pasagere’ Terminal. During this time, the Fleet Command’s command will receive a visit from the representatives of the US ship, and a detachment of soldiers from the 307 Marine Corps Regiment will conduct a documentary visit aboard the US ship.
After leaving the port on Thursday, January 10, the USS Fort McHenry and the King Ferdinand Frigate will carry out a series of joint training activities in Romania’s territorial waters and in the international waters of the Black Sea.
